Beny V-Fit Exercise Bike Reviews

Beny V-Fit SC1-P Spinner Bike
The Beny V-Fit SC1-P Spinner Bike
Beny V-Fit exercise bikes mainly cater for the budget end of the market, although this doesn't necessarily mean cheap and nasty. In fact, they are a pretty reliable make at great prices.

They can do this by manufacturing out of the Far East but this doesn't appear to affect the quality. They are well designed and use up to date technology to put together credible machines at very competitive prices.

Beny have a good reputation for customer service and cover most of their bikes with a two year parts and labour warranty - which is not bad for the lower end of the market.

Beny exercise bikes are obviously not going to have all the whistles and bells that much higher price models boast, but they can provide a reliable machine that will help you to get fit at very reasonable prices.

So nothing too flash but with prices ranging from £90 up to about £300
there's plenty of choice for someone looking for affordable home fitness equipment.

We've listed below the Beny bikes we've tried so far with the best online price we can find.

Beny V-Fit Exercise Bikes:-

Beny V-Fit 07MMC Exercise Bike

Beny V-Fit 07MMC

Our score -

Magnetic 8-level resistance bike - manual control
LCD monitor displays distance, calories, pulse, speed and time
Pulse monitors in hand grips.
No Known Retailer - Best price was £176

Our view - a well-built, basic bike that has a comfortable saddle and riding position. The manual control knob to change resistance level felt a little stiff on the model we tried but this shouldn't cause anyone any trouble. The seat has 10 height levels so all but those over 6' 3" should find this a suitable bike. The console is easy to use, if a bit dull, but displays most of what you need to know. It's a light bike so it's easy enough to move around. All-in-all it's quite a stylish and reasonable bike for the price.

Beny V-Fit SC1-P Spinner Bike

Beny V-Fit SC1-P Spinner Bike

Our score -

Mechanical resistance with manual control
No Known Retailer - Best price was £265

Our view - one of the lowest priced 'spinners' on the market and Beny have done a pretty commendable job! It has a sturdy frame and good riding position. Whilst it doesn't have quite so many adjustable positions as other more expensive spinners it still has quite a variation that would satisfy many. The 18kg flywheel is lighter than other spinners so it's not quite so smooth a ride - but then again, you're paying several hundred pounds less.

If you're used to using the top spinners at a gym this probably isn't for you. However, if you're new to the benefits of spinning this is a great, affordable way to start. There's nothing fancy about it or no features to talk about, it can however get you fit! The built-in transport wheels and bottle holder are a nice touch.

An affordable introduction to spinning if cost is a factor, but you may grow out of it within 6 months.
